What's new

% per class in reports

Cartons-per-class breakdown now shows the share of total cartons each class represents — in the UI, the PDF and a dedicated Class CSV export.

Cost-per-carton & packer comparison

Per-lane wage cost and cost-per-carton. Pick a packer position to compare them against peers on other lanes with visual bars in the PDF.

Branded PDF reports

Your packhouse name appears as the heading on every PDF, with summary stats, per-lane cost, per-class %, and full packer breakdowns.

Offline-friendly dashboard

Install the app on a phone or tablet — the dashboard works offline using the last cached data and syncs the moment you're back online.

Per orchard block, per lane

Set each lane's current block on the dashboard. Every carton — real or simulated — is allocated to that lane's block in live stats and reports.

Full-screen on desktop & mobile

The layout now uses the entire width of large monitors with bigger text, while still being touch-friendly on phones and tablets.

Install on iOS & Android

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open MoyaTrace in Safari (not Chrome).
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Confirm the name and tap Add.
  5. Launch from your home screen — full-screen, no browser bar.

Android

  1. Open MoyaTrace in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen → Install).
  4. Confirm Install.
  5. Launch from the home screen — works like a native app.

Online features (lane scanning, reports, settings) need a connection. The dashboard stays viewable offline once it's been opened at least once while online. Full step-by-step is in the user manual.

Configurable packers & carton types

Set up your own lanes, packer positions, and carton codes (with class, target weight, packaging weight and tolerance) in Settings.

Scale + scanner

Each lane has a scale and a barcode scanner. One scan captures the gross weight (carton + fruit); the app subtracts the carton's packaging weight to give the true content weight, which is what's checked against tolerance.

Live reports

Throughput, weight compliance, per-packer and per-class breakdowns with % of total. Export to CSV or branded PDF.
